International Orders
International shipping charges that appear in the shopping cart are automatic estimates only, and may significantly differ from actual shipping costs. Once your order is successfully placed online, please call or email us for shipping information on your order. We do not offer estimates for duties your shipment may incur, which are your responsibility. All international orders are conditioned upon compliance with all applicable United States export laws, rules and regulations (“Export Laws”) and any applicable import laws, rules and regulations of the country where the order is to be shipped (“Import Laws”). If any order requires a license, permit or other approval under the Export Laws, we may decline to fill the order. You may not make any disposition of any products other than to the country of destination specified on your order. By placing your order you represent and warrant that neither you, nor any of your affiliates, are prohibited parties under the Export Laws or otherwise subject to sanctions of the United States government.
Important Note About Customs:Please investigate your country's rules and procedures before ordering. When placing an order for delivery outside of the United States, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable Import Laws. It is your responsibility to know what may be legally imported into the country of delivery. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable Import Laws and for timely obtaining and maintaining any required import license, permit or approval necessary to import any products into the country of delivery and any other required governmental authorization (“Import Approval”) and the payment of any required fees, duties, customs charges, taxes, tariffs, levies or other charges necessary to import the products into the country of delivery (“Import Charges”). We cannot be responsible for problems your order may encounter with your country's Import Laws or Customs officials. We are not responsible for orders confiscated or stopped by Customs, or duties or other Import Charges that your shipment may incur or any delay, denial, revocation of any required Import Approval. If your package is stopped, confiscated, quarantined or returned by Customs, you will not receive a refund and your account will not be credited shipping and handling charges.
International Agreement:By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with all applicable Import Laws and that Allergy Research Group is not responsible for international duties or taxes or other Import Charges on your order, or for problems, delays or confiscation of your order by the Customs authorities in the country of delivery. You agree that if your package is returned by the applicable Customs authorities to Allergy Research Group or is confiscated by the applicable Customs authorities, you will not receive a refund and your account will not be credited shipping and handling charges. You agree that your order will be shipped via UPS International Air and the shipping charges will be determined by the total weight of your order. You authorize Allergy Research Group to ship your order, once payment has been received.
Heat/Cold Sensitive Products
We recommend shipping our heat sensitive products Next Day Air to insure quality and potency upon arrival. Customers who choose to have their products shipped otherwise agree to take full responsibility for the condition of the products they order. Shipping in a styrofoam cooler on ice incurs an additional $10.00 charge to the customer. Additional fees will NOT appear in the shopping cart. These products are only shipped on Monday and Tuesday, and Wednesday for orders received by 11 AM MST.

Returns
- All returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To obtain an RA#, please contact our Returns Department at (800) 545-9960.
- Customers must notify Customer Service within 5–7 days of receiving the order to initiate a return.
- A copy of the original order invoice must be included with all returns.
- Returns made within 60 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund. Returns made after 60 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Products with an expiration date of 1 year or less cannot be returned. Expired products are not eligible for return.
- Products returned in damaged or unsellable condition (e.g., with stickers, torn labels, dented bottles) will not be credited and will be considered damaged goods.
- All products purchased through Amazon must be returned directly to Amazon.
- Products purchased from a distributor, health food store, or health care practitioner should be returned to them.
Order Issues
- Any products delivered damaged due to shipping or handling must be reported immediately to arrange a replacement. Claims for damaged goods must be made within 1 week of delivery. Customers should keep damaged goods for at least 2 weeks in case they are needed for claims processing.
- Customers have 5–7 business days from receipt to report missing items, wrong products, or incorrect orders for a replacement. Claims made after 7 business days cannot be honored.
- We ask that you inspect all products upon delivery. If any items appear damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 15 days of receipt so we can address the issue promptly.
- For any products that were shipped in error, damaged in transit, of poor quality, or otherwise defective (as reasonably determined by the Company), we will provide a prepaid return label or return authorization within five business days of receiving your notification.
- All return shipping costs will be covered by us, and no restocking, handling, or other fees will apply. Once the returned items are received, a full refund for the original purchase price will be issued.
- All Overage, Shortage, and Damage (OSD) requests should be sent to ar@allergyresearchgroup.com. Please note that submitting an OSD request does not constitute approval for credit. Credits will only be issued once a credit memo has been processed and sent by Accounts Receivable.

- Luminize (Coastal, Healthy Pantry) and Pattern are the only authorized distributors of our products on Amazon. Products purchased from other sellers on Amazon are not covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty requests.
- At Allergy Research Group (ARG), we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an Allergy Research Group®, NutriCology®, Metabolic Maintenance® or MethylPro® product you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product.
