Returns
- All returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To obtain an RA#, please contact our Returns Department at (800) 545-9960.
- Customers must notify Customer Service within 5–7 days of receiving the order to initiate a return.
- A copy of the original order invoice must be included with all returns.
- Returns made within 60 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund. Returns made after 60 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Products with an expiration date of 1 year or less cannot be returned. Expired products are not eligible for return. Products returned in damaged or unsellable condition (e.g., with stickers, torn labels, dented bottles) will not be credited and will be considered damaged goods.
- Any products delivered damaged due to shipping or handling must be reported immediately to arrange a replacement. Claims for damaged goods must be made within 1 week of delivery. Customers should keep damaged goods for at least 2 weeks in case they are needed for claims processing.
- Customers have 5–7 business days from receipt to report missing items, wrong products, or incorrect orders for a replacement. Claims made after 7 business days cannot be honored.
- Luminize (Coastal, Healthy Pantry) is the only authorized distributor of our products on Amazon. Products purchased from other sellers on Amazon are not covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty requests. All products purchased through Amazon must be returned directly to Amazon. Products purchased from a distributor, health food store, or health care practitioner should be returned to them.
- At Allergy Research Group (ARG), we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an Allergy Research Group®, NutriCology®, Metabolic Maintenance® or MethylPro® product you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product. - We ask that you inspect all products upon delivery. If any items appear damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 15 days of receipt so we can address the issue promptly.
- For any products that were shipped in error, damaged in transit, of poor quality, or otherwise defective (as reasonably determined by the Company), we will provide a prepaid return label or return authorization within five business days of receiving your notification.
- All return shipping costs will be covered by us, and no restocking, handling, or other fees will apply. Once the returned items are received, a full refund for the original purchase price will be issued.
- All Overage, Shortage, and Damage (OSD) requests should be sent to ar@allergyresearchgroup.com. Please note that submitting an OSD request does not constitute approval for credit. Credits will only be issued once a credit memo has been processed and sent by Accounts Receivable.

Wholesale Quantity Discounts
The following quantity discounts are given based on the dollar amount of the order: 5% off orders of $1,000 or more 10% off orders of $1,500 or more and 15% off orders of $2,500 or more.
