Our Subscribe & Save program is available to Consumer accounts and Guest Checkout users. At this time, Practitioner & Patient accounts are not eligible for subscription-based purchases.

When you choose recurring delivery, you will receive 10% off your initial subscription order, and 10% off all recurring orders of the subscribed product(s).

Free shipping is automatically applied to any order over $50 (after discounts, before taxes), as well as to any order tied to an active subscription. No code is required—qualifying orders will automatically see free shipping applied at checkout.

At some point, you may need to cancel your subscription, even temporarily. This guide provides instructions on how to cancel your subscription through your ARG account.

Step 1 - Access your ARG accountYou can access your ARG account in two ways:

1. Click the unique ARG account link sent to you via email or SMS.
2. Log into your customer account on our website.

Step 2 - Add a product to your subscription

Once you are in your account, you will click the Subscriptions tab from the left-hand menu. If you no longer want to continue your subscription, click on the Actions button found next to the subscription you want to cancel and then select Cancel from the dropdown menu.

Step 3 - Choose a cancellation reason

On the following page, you will be prompted to choose a cancellation reason. Select the cancellation reason that closely matches your reason for canceling. Click Cancel my subscription to complete cancellation.

In the Billing Information tab you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if your billing address has changed or if you need to update your email address.

Once logged in to your ARG account, click on Subscriptions and click Edit to the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment. You will be taken to a page where you can modify your shipping address fields.

Yes. Once logged into your ARG account, click on Delivery Schedule in the left-hand menu to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, click Skip to the right of each order.

You can easily add new products to your upcoming shipment directly in your ARG account.

Step 1 - Access your ARG account. You can access your ARG account in two ways:

1. Click the unique Customer Portal link sent to you via email.
2. Log into your customer account on the store's website.

Step 2 - Add a product to your subscription.

1. Once logged in, select the Subscriptions tab, then click 'Add a product'.
2. Search and select the product you would like to add to your account. On the following page, you can make product and charge adjustments. When finished, click 'Add a product'.

When you sign up for your subscription with your first order, you will receive an email with instructions about how to set up your ARG account. Our customer service is also available to assist you.

You can cancel at any time at no additional cost. You can also conveniently choose to skip orders if you are not ready for another shipment or will be out of town.

You can get your products every month, or every (2-6) months, based on your needs and preference.
